​At Thedays.in, we are committed to a transparent process that ensures your complete confidence and satisfaction. Our service and payment agreement is structured in the following three steps:

 

Step 1: Pre-Installation Product Approval

Before any work begins, our technician will unbox and present the product(s) to you for a final inspection. This is your opportunity to confirm the colour, material, and style are exactly what you expected.

  • Your Decision: At this stage, you are free to cancel the service for any reason, at no charge. By giving our technician your verbal approval to begin the installation, you are committing to the purchase of the product, as the next step is irreversible.

 

Step 2: The Installation & Final Sale

Once you have given your approval, our skilled technicians will proceed with the custom installation.

  • Finality of Sale: Please be aware that at the moment work commences, the sale is considered final, and the product cannot be returned or the order cancelled.

  • The Reason (Our Logic): The installation process is irreversible. To achieve a perfect, custom fit for your vehicle, the process involves adhesives, custom alterations, and fitting techniques that permanently change the product. This makes it impossible to restore the item to its original, pristine condition for resale. This policy is in place to guarantee that every customer, including you, receives only brand-new, untouched products.

 

Step 3: Final Walk-through & Payment for Workmanship

Our unique payment policy is designed to guarantee the quality of our service and workmanship. Once the installation is fully completed, our technician will conduct a final walk-through with you.

  • Your Satisfaction Guarantee: This is your opportunity to inspect the final result and ensure the quality of the installation meets your satisfaction.

  • Payment: Payment is due only after you have confirmed your satisfaction with the completed job. This is our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Installation Terms & Conditions

By scheduling and confirming an installation with Thedays.in, you (the "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms are confirmed when you give our technician approval to begin the installation.

 

1. Consent to Installation & Necessary Modifications

You authorize Thedays.in and its installation team to perform the work necessary to install the accessories you have purchased. You understand that a professional installation may require modifications to your vehicle, including but not limited to:

  • The removal of vehicle panels and trim pieces.

  • Disconnecting and reconnecting factory wiring harnesses.

  • Minor drilling or making small incisions in concealed areas for wiring or mounting, as per standard installation procedures.

Our technicians are trained to perform these modifications with the utmost care and professional skill.

 

2. Vehicle Warranty Advisory

You acknowledge that the installation of any third-party or aftermarket accessories may impact or void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty for specific parts or systems.

  • Thedays.in makes no representations or guarantees regarding your vehicle's warranty.

  • It is the Customer's sole responsibility to understand the terms of their vehicle's warranty and the potential effects of installing aftermarket parts.

 

3. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Thedays.in is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, faults, or vulnerabilities in the vehicle. Our technicians may bring any observed issues to your attention before starting and/or during work.

  • Customer's Responsibility: The Customer accepts responsibility for any subsequent issues arising from the use of the installed accessories, as we do not manufacture the products themselves.

 

4. Halting an Installation in Progress

Our "No Cancellation After Installation Begins" policy is in place because the installation process is irreversible.

  • If a customer chooses to halt an installation after it has already started, the vehicle may be left in a partially disassembled state.

  • Thedays.in will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or issues arising from an incomplete installation that was stopped at the customer's request. Reassembling the vehicle to its original factory condition may not be possible or may incur additional labour charges.
